The Blueprint
New Team, Who Dis?

A New Team, New Pressure & Unexpected Inspiration
This week felt like truly stepping into my new team’s world.
While the transition happened last week, this week was about actually settling in — understanding how the team works, how ideas flow, and how responsibilities are shared. It feels like joining a new family again, but this time the pace is faster and the expectations feel higher.
From One Brand to Many
One of the biggest shifts in this new team is the scale of work.
Previously, I was more focused on specific brands. Here, the work feels collective. Everyone contributes across multiple brands, multiple briefs, and multiple ideas at once. It’s exciting, but also comes with a new kind of pressure.
The workflow now often looks like a jumble of artboards and tabs — moving from one creative to another, one brand to the next, one idea to the next. It sometimes feels chaotic, but it’s the kind of chaos that slowly begins to make sense with time.
This week taught me that adaptability is no longer optional — it’s essential.
Brainstorming & New Perspectives
With the shift in team structure came a stronger focus on brainstorming and idea generation.
Instead of simply executing briefs, I’ve started participating more in the early stages of thinking — discussing visual directions, exploring possibilities, and contributing fresh perspectives. It’s both challenging and exciting to realise that ideas matter just as much as execution.
This week felt productive in a different way. It wasn’t just about completing tasks; it was about building a new way of thinking and approaching work.
A new vision is slowly taking shape — one that focuses not only on designing, but on thinking like a designer.
Finding Inspiration in Everyday Things
One of the sweetest moments this week came from something completely ordinary.
While looking at a packet of Haldiram’s Aloo Bhujia, I suddenly noticed a tiny Hello Kitty face hidden in the shapes. It was a small, random moment, but it reminded me how inspiration often appears when we least expect it.
Creativity doesn’t always arrive through big campaigns or grand ideas. Sometimes it appears in everyday objects when you start observing the world more closely.
Settling Into the New Rhythm
Adjusting to a new team hasn’t been effortless. There are still moments of pressure, moments of uncertainty, and moments of feeling slightly out of sync.
But alongside those moments is a growing sense of comfort. Each day feels a little more familiar, and each task feels a little more manageable.
It’s a slow but steady process of finding my place in this new creative environment.

This Week's Takeaway
I learnt that feeling unsure doesn’t mean you’re unprepared — it means you’re learning in real time. That shift in mindset made everything feel lighter.
